Fortis Investments opens Hong Kong office
Fortis Investments has opened a new office in the Fortis Bank Tower in Hong Kong. The CEO of the office is Mark te Riele, who has relocated to Hong Kong after a successful term in Fortis Investments’ Jakarta office. The office will initially employ nine staff.
The new office will also house Fortis Investments’ Asian equity investment team, headed by Ronald Chan. The team currently has USD 1.2 assets under management – marking a 100% increase over the past two years. The Asian equity team will continue to work with the other Fortis Investments operations in the region centered in Shanghai, Jakarta and Tokyo.
