RBC takes Nair as head of Structured Credit

RBC Capital Markets has appointed Priya Nair as managing director, global head of Structured Credit Product origination and syndication. Nair will spearhead the global coordination of origination and distribution of RBC Capital Markets’ structured credit products and be responsible for building a team to enhance the existing franchise. She will report to Jean Dulude and Mike Quinn, co-heads of RBC Capital Markets’ structured credit business.

Priya joins from Citigroup London where she was part of syndication and structuring for both cash and synthetic products. At Citi, she was responsible for originating, structuring and marketing a full range of structured credit products to clients in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to Citi, she worked at Deutsche Bank as associate and vice-president of Global Credit
