Allen & Overy reorganises in Asia

Law firm Allen & Overy has further broadened its derivatives and structured finance group in Hong Kong and China with partners Paul Cluley and Joseph Tse and associates Fion Ha, Karen Lee and Joanna Chan.

Ha and Lee are already in the Kong Hong office, but will now be more involved with China derivatives work, while Chan joins from rival firm Ashurst.

Cluley moves from the Tokyo office and brings to Allen & Overy's Hong Kong practice structured finance experience including repackagings, collateralised debt obligation transactions and retail offerings of structured finance instruments. He will join the Hong Kong team in the summer.

Tse adds experience in structured finance and China regulatory
