Teoh joins team to Pioneer institutional focus in Australia
Pioneer Investments has hired Stephen John Teoh as head of sales and distribution for its Australian business. The appointment is part of the global investment management group's increased focus on institutional investors in the region. Teoh will also be responsible for institutional consultant relations in SouthEast Asia and Australia.
Teoh joins from investment managers MFS International in Singapore, where he was vice-president, institutional business and held responsibility for the provision of investment product advice and marketing to institutional clients.
Previously, he was a director at ECM Libra investment bank in Kuala Lumpur and a senior manager, institutional sales at Singapore-based brokerage JM Sassoon. Teoh, who
