Evolution Markets appoint Andrew Kolchins

Evolution Markets has appointed Andrew Kolchins to direct its renewable energy certificate brokerage desk. Based at the firm's White Plains, New York office, Kolchins will head up the brokerage of state renewable energy certificate markets in the northeast US and Texas. Kolchins joins Evolution Markets from Green Mountain Energy. Prior to that, he worked for seven years as a broker of natural gas swaps, options and physical basis trades for a number of institutional brokerage
