Le Roux joins LME Board

Nat Le Roux has been appointed as independent director of the Board of the London Metal Exchange (LME). Le Roux has 25 years' experience in derivatives markets, most recently as chief executive of IG Group. He replaces Mike McTighe, who retired at the end of last year.

"Le Roux brings a unique combination of experience, having worked as an LME broker and a stockbroker before joining IG Group, where he focused on product development, risk management and revenue growth," said Donald Brydon, LME
