The career of Josef Bogensperger, head of risk management at Austrian power giant Verbund, has had an international accent from the beginning.
Bogensperger cut his teeth in the power business at Verbundsplan, then the consultancy and engineering arm of Verbund. This work saw him advising power companies in Turkey, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. When APT, the trading branch of Verbund, was founded in 1999
