Capps has retired
Thos E Capps retired as CEO of Dominion effective from December 31, 2005. In accordance with previously announced succession plans, the Dominion board elected Thomas F Farrell II as president and CEO, effective from January 1, 2006. Farrell was president and chief operating officer. Capps will remain as non-executive chairman of the board after his retirement, and will also serve as a management
