Nova Scotia Power reshuffles

Canadian electricity provider Nova Scotia Power has appointed Rob Bennett as president and chief executive officer.

Bennett has been promoted from executive vice-president of revenue and sustainability and succeeds Ralph Tedesco as part of a planned leadership transition. Tedesco becomes vice-chairman of the board.

Bennett began his career with Nova Scotia Power in 1988 as a staff engineer and was then promoted to several senior management positions before moving to Maine-based electricity
