The approachable and friendly air of Beau Taylor, JP Morgan’s newly promoted global head of energy, has undoubtedly helped him build a strong rapport with clients and co-workers.
“I'm not looking for the quick, easy money, but working for the long term,” says Taylor, who joined the bank as recently as March as head of power and natural gas trading. “I try to build lasting client relationships – you want people to come back to you.”
