The methodology for this year’s awards is almost identical to previous years except for one key point: this year the survey was undertaken and conducted by Mori, the UK’s largest independent market research company.

In most other respects the survey has remained unchanged. In February, Credit began contacting the heads of credit research at 22 banks to discuss which categories should be included and which should be removed.
