NIBC hires new head of leveraged finance

Dutch investment bank NIBC has hired Simon Clarke as head of leveraged finance in a new position aimed at expanding the bank’s activities in this area.

Clarke, who is based at the bank’s international office in London, will develop a leveraged finance business tied closely to senior and subordinated debt sales to global middle-market customers.
