Morley hires China head

Morley has hired Walter Lin as head of strategic development for China in a move signalling its expansion in the region.

Lin, based in Beijing, will set up an asset management business for Morley in China through a joint venture vehicle with an as yet unspecified partner. Morley’s parent company Aviva already has a joint venture life insurance business in China with China National Oils Foodstuffs Cereals Corporation.
