Law firm staffs up for CDOs

Law firm Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw has added Edmund Parker, a derivatives specialist, to its partnership in London. He joins from Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Dominic Griffiths, a partner in Mayer’s finance group, says the appointment follows an increase in the firm’s collateralised debt obligation business.
