Calyon names head of credit trading

David Cohen has joined Calyon as global head of credit trading from Morgan Stanley, where he was head of European credit trading. He will continue to be based in London and will report to Calyon's global head of credit and liquid bonds, Jean-Pierre Soto.

Cohen will cover investment-grade and crossover bonds on the cash and credit derivatives side. Cohen says he plans to build on the bank's existing high-yield and structured product businesses.
