SocGen names new division heads

Société Générale has named new heads of division in an ongoing reorganisation of its corporate and investment bank. The move will make the bank better aligned with clients’ company structures, says Jean-Pierre Mustier, chief executive.

In the new structure, Patrick Soulard and Christophe Mianné have been promoted to become deputies to Mustier. Soulard was previously head of corporates and institutions; Mianné was previously global head of equity derivatives.
