UBS shuffles senior management

Suneel Kamlani, global head of debt capital markets at UBS, has taken over from Mike Bolin as chief of staff. Kamlani will focus on strategic development of the investment bank and its relationships with sovereign and public sector clients.

Bolin, meanwhile, has taken on a new job setting up what the bank calls a strategic cost management function. He reports to Huw Jenkins, chairman and CEO of UBS Investment Bank, and to Robert Wolf, chairman of UBS Americas and chief operating officer of UBS Investment Bank.

Kamlani’s former role has been split into two: Roberto Isolani takes over responsibility for DCM Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Far East, based in London, while Ramesh Singh takes on DCM in the Americas, based in New York. Isolani was previously co-head of Italian investment banking; Singh was global head of securitised products.
