DBRS makes structured finance hire
DBRS has expanded its EMEA structured finance group with the appointment of David Beale as senior vice-president of CMBS Europe. London-based Beale reports to DBRS’s managing director of global CMBS, Jack Toliver, who is based in the Chicago office.
Beale joins from Merrill Lynch in London where he was a director of debt markets within the real-estate finance team. He covered the origination
