Linklaters hires structured finance and derivatives partner in New York
Law firm Linklaters has appointed Stan Renas as a partner in its US structured finance and derivatives practice, based in New York.
Renas joins after a yearlong stint at rival law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He is the fourth partner to join the practice since its establishment in August 2004.
Renas’s structured finance and derivatives experience focuses on cash and hybrid synthetic CLOs
