Bank of America adds three in securitisation

Bank of America has hired three senior staff to its asset-backed securities team in London.

Adam MacDonald joins as head of corporate securitisation from UBS, where he worked on bond financings in the infrastructure sector. Paul Wilde joins as head of UK fixed-income securitisation. He was previously head of corporate treasury at Egg Banking, where he led securitisations such as Egg’s credit card programme as well as synthetic and cash mortgage securitisations. Barry Hunter leaves Amethyst
