Fortis hires again in syndication

Fortis Bank has made a third new addition to its syndications team in London. Joy Cook, who joins the bank on October 16, will take responsibility for selling financial institution risk, focusing on emerging markets. She will report to Mark Betteridge, head of secondary loan sales.

Her appointment follows that of Tony Chan from Mizuho Securities on September 1 and Sue Crees from KBC in July.
