Private equity investor hires Citi team

Palatium, the private equity real estate investor, has hired a specialist mezzanine and preferred equity team from Citigroup to manage its planned specialist fund in this area.

Keith Davidson and James Tarry have joined Palatium following its creation through the management buyout of Eurohypo Asset Management in April 2008.

Davidson was formerly a director with Citigroup’s real estate debt group in London. From 2003 to 2007 he was a director in Eurohypo’s real estate investment banking division
