Lehman hires for structured Italian sales

Lehman Brothers has hired Raffaele Ricci as a managing director for fixed-income structured products, based in London and Milan.

Ricci will focus on balance sheet and capital management solutions for Italian financial institutions, reporting to Philippe Dufournier, head of structured solutions in Europe.

He joins Lehman from Dresdner Kleinwort in London where he was head of financial solutions for Europe, specialising in derivatives. Ricci has also worked in structured credit at BNP Paribas.
