Citi’s Shaffran joins Rabobank
Alan Shaffran, Citigroup’s head of business development for global structured credit, is joining Rabobank as global head of structuring in London.
Shaffran, who joins at the end of November, has worked at Citigroup for nearly two decades. He previously managed the US bank’s credit derivatives business in Europe, and has also worked in quantitative research, capital markets and emerging markets
