Isda hires general counsel
The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (Isda) has appointed David Geen as European general counsel in its London office. Geen will take on a wide range of global legal and documentation activities for the association.
Geen has been a significant contributor to the association's Credit Derivatives Market Practice committee, where he was heavily involved in the publication of the 2003
