Isda hires general counsel

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (Isda) has appointed David Geen as European general counsel in its London office. Geen will take on a wide range of global legal and documentation activities for the association.

Geen has been a significant contributor to the association's Credit Derivatives Market Practice committee, where he was heavily involved in the publication of the 2003 Isda Credit Derivatives Definitions. He also served as European co-chair of Isda's Documentation
