New structured credit head for Commerzbank

Mehmet Artun has joined Commerzbank Corporates & Markets (CBCM) as head of structured credit trading. He will be responsible for the German bank’s correlation, corporate index and exotic and hybrid credit derivatives businesses, reporting to Eckhard Arndt, head of credit trading.

Artun joins from WestLB where he has worked for the last seven years, most recently responsible for structured credit trading including emerging markets. Prior to his time at West LB, Mehmet was at Credit Suisse.
