Axa makes fixed-income hires

AXA Investment Managers has added two portfolio managers to its UK fixed-income team. Mark Benstead, who joins from Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, where he was syndicate head, will work on credit strategy. Philip Chow, who moves from F&C Asset Management, where he managed UK and global fixed income, will be responsible for rates strategy. Both will be based in London and report to
