Landsbanki launches London fixed-income desk
Icelandic bank Landsbanki has set up a new fixed-income trading desk in London to sell fixed-income products to institutional clients and trade proprietary assets for the bank.
The bank has hired a team of five from Mitsubishi UFJ Trust to staff the desk. They are: Paul Tanner, Grant Wiltshire, Vincenzo Imondi, Jose de Yermo, and John Riley. The team reports to Jon Oddleifsson, head of treasury.
