ABN hires German DCM head

ABN Amro has appointed Richard Zirps as head of the financial institutions group (FIG) capital markets in Austria and Germany. He joins from Lehman Brothers, where he worked on funding and structured products for clients. Based in London, he reports to Steve Curry, European head of FIG capital markets.
