Fitch plucks Peach from DBRS

Fitch Ratings has appointed Julia Peach as head of banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Peach succeeds Ian Linnell, who is now head of EMEA structured finance.

Peach joins Fitch from DBRS, where she was senior vice-president for UK and Irish bank analysis. She joined DBRS in September 2006 after a couple of years out of the markets. Before her break, she was global head of credit research at ABN Amro, where she led a team of 30 analysts and was responsible for global credit strategy
