Arc opens London office
Arc Securities, an independent agency bond broker headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, is opening a London office in early July under the stewardship of new hire Simon Ballard. Ballard, who joined the firm in early June as head of research and a member of the company's management committee, was previously senior credit strategist at BNP Paribas.
Also joining the firm's London operations are Nigel
