DBRS appoints covered bond specialist

Toronto-based Dominion Bond Rating Service has hired Thierry Sessin-Caracci to lead its covered bond ratings initiative. Sessin-Caracci will work from DBRS’s Paris office as senior analyst in the European financial institutions group, reporting to Sam Theodore, managing director of the European financial institutions group.

“Thierry's impressive knowledge of the European covered bond market and his background from the issuer side will be a true addition to our European financial institutions team
