New insurance and pensions head for Credit Suisse

David Prieul has joined Credit Suisse as head of the European insurance and pensions solutions group in London, a newly created position.

He joins from Deutsche Bank, where he was head of the asset-liability management research group. At Credit Suisse he will report to the head of fixed income, Alok Bhalla, and will be responsible for originating and executing structured transactions for insurance and pensions clients. He will also co-head the insurance and pensions solutions group in Credit Suisse's asset management division.
