Latham appoints finance head

US law firm Latham & Watkins has appointed David Heller as its new global chair of the finance department, replacing William H Voge, who will move on to the firm’s executive committee.

Heller is currently global co-chair of Latham & Watkins’ insolvency and Latin American practice groups.

Heller has also held a number of senior roles at the law firm.
