UBS hires for secondary CDO growth spurt


UBS has hired two collateralised debt obligation (CDO) traders in London as the secondary market for these products gathers steam: Simon Perry from Ixis Corporate & Investment Bank and Sharif Anbar-Colas from Bear Stearns.

Perry joins as head of European CDOs, reporting to New York-based head of the global CDO group, Jim Stehli. Anbar-Colas joins from Bear Stearns as a secondary market trader, reporting to Keith Grimaldi and Malay Patel, co-heads of secondary CDO trading. He is the
