Huey Evans quits FSA

Gay Huey Evans, the Financial Services Authority's director of markets who recently urged banks to solve back-office problems in credit derivatives, is leaving the regulator to join a hedge fund.

She starts work in September as European president of Tribeca Global Management, which was set up last year by banking giant Citigroup.
