Goldman Sachs has lost two traders within the last month. After a 14-year career at Goldman Sachs, Robert Heathcote, head of the correlation trading desk, has decided to leave the industry. He plans to set up a music production company specialising in high-quality audio and audiovisual content for the wireless telecom market.

"This is a longtime interest of Robert's, harking back to his university days when he ran a recording studio," says one source at Goldman Sachs.
