Woo joins from Citigroup Global Markets, where he was head of local markets strategy for central and eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as global strategist for proprietary trading. Prior to that he was an economist at the International Monetary Fund.

In his new role he will report to Larry Kantor, head of economics and market strategy.
