BarCap expands equity derivatives coverage

Agostini, who will be based in Milan, joins as a director in strategic equity derivatives for Italy. He joins from Nexgen and, prior to that, Goldman Sachs, where he held a similar role.

Bader joins in strategic equity derivatives for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to joining Barclays, he worked for JP Morgan as head of corporate equity derivative marketing for the same region.

Both men will report to Stephen Jones, head of the financing solutions group and corporate debt capital markets at the investment bank.
