Blewitt to head BoA’s structured product sales

Bank of America has promoted Dik Blewitt to head of structured sales, reporting to Mike McLaughlin, head of global structured products at the US bank and Bob Johnson, head of asset securitisation and investment-grade sales.

Blewitt, a managing director in the global structured products group, joined Bank of America in October 2001. He was previously chief strategic officer at credit derivatives brokerage Creditex.

The promotion is part of a wider reorganisation initiated by Pat Augustine, head of Bank of America’s investment grade and asset securitisation group.
