Barclays Capital hires Lacour to head vol trading

Lacour’s team trades volatility on European and US indexes, sectors and single stocks. He will be based in London and report to Pascal Dubois-Pelerin, head of European equity derivatives.

Prior to joining Barclays Capital – the investment banking division of Barclays Bank – Lacour traded equity derivatives at Dresdner Bank.

Barclays Capital’s equity derivatives group primarily trades from London and Tokyo, with additional client coverage teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and Europe.
