SG creates flow-trading team

SG, the investment banking arm of French bank Société Générale, has created a flow-trading team, appointing Peter Lindsey as its head.

Lindsey will manage a team of four in London as well as other teams located in New York and Asia. He will report to the bank’s global head of equity trading, Peter Lewis.

SG said the new structure will expand its risk-taking activities in terms of the amount of capital it commits to client orders. It will also expand the bank’s global programme-trading activities.
