Lake will report to Michael Nelskyla, head of derivatives distribution for the Nordic region, the UK, Russia and Eastern Europe.

Previously Lake headed the structured products distribution desk for the UK and Ireland at Société Générale, including the listed products platform in the UK and Nordic region.
