Roger Pilc

In November, compliance software firm QUMAS announced the appointment of Roger Pilc as chief executive officer. Pilc succeeds QUMAS founder, chairman and chief executive officer of 12 years, Paul Hands, who will continue as chairman. Pilc, who will be based New York City, was most recently chief executive officer of Whale Communications, a leading security software vendor that was bought by Microsoft. Previously, he was chief operating officer at enterprise management software company
