QUENTIN THOM

Quentin Thom has joined operational risk certification firm Amber Partners. Thom will be responsible for business development, strategy, marketing and delivery of operational risk certification for Amber, which specialises in the hedge fund market.

Previously, Thom was principal consultant at Molten in London.
