The International Swaps and Derivatives Association has appointed David Geen as general counsel, replacing Kimberley Summe, who will depart at the end of the year after seven years in the position, moving to a prime services position for an Isda member. Geen had served as Isda European general counsel since November 2006, with key responsibilities for developing Isda's European loan credit default swap documentation.
