Deloitte expands insurance team

Deloitte has announced a number of senior appointments to its specialist UK insurance team. Andy Todd, who has been director of tax for Aviva's life business since 2001, joins as a partner. Prior to Aviva, Todd spent more than seven years at Arthur Andersen as a senior tax manager. Rick Lester has been promoted from a director, working in the financial services team, to partner, and will lead the firm's response to Solvency II. Rob Green has been recruited from the Financial Services Authority
