Life & Pensions. As someone whose remit covers banking as well as insurance, how do you perceive the respective regulatory priorities?

Elemer Tertak. I have found that it's more fashionable to speak about banking, but insurance and pensions are becoming the real driving forces of the future. The one driving force for putting money aside to generate savings is to provide for old age, which is increasing. I am afraid that even responsible politicians are still not fully aware of what is coming.
