Kenny quits ABI

People

Chris Kenny, the director of life and pensions at the Association of British Insurers (ABI), quit his position at the end of December following three years with the industry body. He led the ABI's response to the UK Government's pensions white paper, which pointedly failed to take up recommendations from the insurance industry that called for the private sector to take a lead role in any new national pensions system. The ABI has yet to announce a replacement.
