Insight adds to European team

HBOS's asset management arm, Insight Investment, has appointed Denise Saber as head of its European business development with responsibility for a direct sales programme aimed at institutional businesses across the region. The sales programme is expected to concentrate on fixed income and liability driven investment opportunities. Prior to joining Insight, Saber had been a partner at fixed income specialists Rogge Global partners since 2000, and before that she was head of marketing for Citibank
